Seasonal Hose Bib Cover Giveaway
Each fall and winter, we provide complimentary hose bib covers to our customers and neighboring residents. This initiative is part of our commitment to helping homeowners prepare for colder temperatures and protect their plumbing systems from potential freeze-related damage.
Holiday Water Heater Giveaway
In December, during the holiday season, we select one of our customers in need of a new water heater. It's our way of giving back to the community that has supported us — and making sure every home stays warm through the winter.

The CIOTR Christmas Tree
One Christmas, Kari built a Cold is on the Right christmas tree made from PEX, PVC, and a couple of toilet flanges. That's the kind of creativity that runs through everything we do.
How It All Started
When Cold is on the Right was brand new, our service manager went door to door in local neighborhoods with handmade soap with our business card in the center — and cash prizes ranging from $1 to $100. This created a lot of buzz in the community and brought us some of our lifetime customers that still call us to this day.
